• The MLS Membership Card is valid for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of issuance.

• The MLS Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. The card remains the property of MLS Hotels and must be used only by the registered member. Members are responsible for keeping the card safe at all times.

• Membership benefits are non-cashable and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, promotions, or discounts.

• Membership benefits are not applicable on blackout dates, and cannot be used during happy hours, special events, ticketed events, or banquets.

• Any concerns related to discount calculations, voucher usage, or reward points must be raised at the time of billing. No changes or adjustments will be entertained after the bill has been settled.

• The membership card will be considered invalid if lost, stolen, or damaged. A replacement card can be issued upon payment of an administrative fee of ₹200 per occurrence.

• Requests for membership cancellation must be made within 14 days from the date of issue, provided no vouchers or benefits have been used. A cancellation fee of ₹200 will be applicable.

• To avail membership discounts, only one membership card can be used for a maximum of four (4) guests per visit. Splitting or combining bills to extend benefits is not permitted.

• Membership discounts are applicable on a minimum billing of ₹10,000.

• Members are entitled to 10% discount on the total food bill or 20% discount on room tariffs, as applicable.

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or credit/debit card discounts.

• Room discounts are subject to availability and may not be applicable during weekends, public holidays, blackout dates, or special events.

• Discounts are valid only at participating hotels under the membership program.

• Use of vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions.
• Members can only use one voucher per patronage.
• The voucher is valid at the listed hotel(s) only.
• No replacement, refund or extension if the voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
• Members must present the voucher when requesting the bill to enjoy the offer.
• The vouchers redeemed from reward points are applied before regular MLS Card membership discounts (if applicable). No changes will be given on the unused balance.
• The voucher cannot be used on blackout dates and selected dates specified by individual hotels. Please check with the hotels when making a reservation.
• All unused vouchers will not be replaced, refund or extended after membership expired.

Membership benefits are not applicable on the following occasions:

• Holi
• Diwali
• Valentine’s Day
• Mother’s Day
• Father’s Day
• Christmas Holidays (24th – 26th December)
• New Year’s Eve
• Halloween

Blackout dates are subject to change without prior notice. Members are advised to confirm applicable dates with the hotel at the time of reservation.
