• The MLS Membership Card is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue.
• MLS Card is a personal membership. The membership card remains the property of MLS Hotels and can only be used by the member in person. It is not transferable. Members must keep their MLS Card properly at all times.
• The membership benefits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• The membership benefits cannot be used on blackout dates and is not applicable to happy hours, ticket sales events and banquet.
• Any queries on discount and offer calculation, voucher usage and reward points earning must be raised immediately upon bill settlement at the restaurant. No amendment will be made thereafter.
• The MLS Card will be void if lost, stolen or damaged. For card replacement, an administration fee of Rs.200 will be charged per single incident.
• For membership cancellation, an administration fee of Rs.200 will be charged and cancellation will only be honored within 2 weeks from the date of issue and all the membership vouchers must not be used.

• To enjoy membership discount, only one membership card can be used for a maximum of 4 people. Splitting or combining bill is not allowed.

• Membership discount is applicable only on a minimum billing of Rs.1000
• The discount will be 10% on the total food bill or 20% on room tariff.
• Membership discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts including credit card discounts.
• Discount on rooms are based on availability, and not be available during holidays or special events.
• The discount guarantee is only applicable to the participating hotels.

• Use of vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions.
• Members can only use one voucher per patronage.
• The voucher is valid at the listed hotel(s) only.
• No replacement, refund or extension if the voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
• Members must present the voucher when requesting the bill to enjoy the offer.
• The vouchers redeemed from reward points are applied before regular MLS Card membership discounts (if applicable). No changes will be given on the unused balance.
• The voucher cannot be used on blackout dates and selected dates specified by individual hotels. Please check with the hotels when making a reservation.
• All unused vouchers will not be replaced, refund or extended after membership expired.
