Sahastradhara is located approximately 15 kilometers from the center of Dehradun. It is situated near the Baldi River, close to Robber’s Cave. The term ‘thousand-fold spring’ signifies the remarkable nature of the waterfalls found in this area. It is akin to witnessing a thousand waterfalls cascading from above, accompanied by numerous smaller ones along the route. The limestone stalactites present in these waterfalls contribute to their high sulphur content, which is believed to have therapeutic properties and is recognized for its ability to treat skin conditions.
